5 Things You Better Know BEFORE You Put That in Your Vagina

Raise your hand if you know about an adult toy or a biofeedback device that goes into your vagina. There are a lot of products on the market that claim to help with your pleasure. Here are five things you must know before you buy it and put it in your vagina:

# 1. Vibrators Won’t Make You A Goddess or Orgasm Like One
First, a vibrator (or dildo) is most lacking when it comes to performance fulfillment because its a toy. It's a novelty. It does not teach muscle control.  If you are going to orgasm like a goddess, you need muscle tone.
p.s. Adult toys are not regulated by the FDA. As such, user safety, privacy and efficacy are not evaluated by the FDA at any time.

#2. Don’t Waste Your Time Doing The Wrong Exercise
It is a clinically proven fact that a huge number of women who try to tone their pelvic floor muscles with Kegel exercises find it difficult to determine if their pelvic muscle exercises have been performed correctly. As with any exercise, the benefit gained from the exercise is significantly diminished if the exercise protocol is poorly executed. Biofeedback monitors the muscles’ contraction(s) only.  So, if you are contracting the wrong muscles for Kegels, like those in your bottom or abdomen, the time and effort spent following your muscle activity on a biofeedback device can be a virtual waste of your time. When selecting a device to tone your pelvic floor, for safety and efficacy, be sure the device helps you perform the exercise correctly.

#3. Be sure Your Data Is Secure
Wireless transmission of your data, like to a phone, is not always secure and the unauthorized use of data transmitted wirelessly for devices – even dildos are not uncommon! When selecting a device to tone your pelvic floor, be sure your private information is always private. Make sure that your personal data must be private and only you can share it when you want to.

#4. Burns Aren’t Cool
Lithium batteries are powerful and lightweight, so they are very common for use in wireless biofeedback devices and adult toys.  Yet, at this time, no amount of quality control can guarantee a lithium battery will not fail and when they do, they produce intense heat.  What happens when the fire is in your vagina? A device that is inserted vaginally or anywhere near the skin poses a serious risk.  When selecting a device to tone your pelvic floor, keep the battery away from your most personal and sensitive tissues.

#5. Nature Can Use Some Help
When we exercise, the brain sends a mild electrical signal to the muscles to contract and relax. Just like in nature, muscle stim devices send clinically proven safe and effective work-out instructions to your muscles.  But muscle stim is NOT all about exercise.  For clinically effective muscle care, the muscles need relaxing massage -  Yes, it’s all about comfort.   Some devices, like the the FDA Cleared Yarlap® perform the work-out for you, hence the trademark: Yarlap® with AutoKegel® and have pre-set clinically proven programs for pelvic floor muscle massage – to comfort those important muscles. In as little as 20 minutes a day you can have a clinically proven safe and effective pelvic floor work-out with muscle stimulation.
